Eugenia Uhl is a calligrapher and photographer from New Orleans who has practiced the art of calligraphy for 12 years. She has studied with Reggie Ezell, Sheila Waters, Peter Thornton and Charles Pearce, among others, perfecting her craft. As a member of the New Orleans Lettering Arts Association, which Eugenia served as President from 2008-2010, she is committed to calligraphy as an art form. Eugenia, also a bookmaker, uses the book form to feature her calligraphy. These calligraphy books have been exhibited at the New Orleans Book Fair with Babylon Lexicon.
