Charles Bush
Charles Bush is a photographer specializing in capturing Louisiana’s wetlands. Images include swamp landscapes, aerial photographs, birds and other inhabitants of this beautiful, unique, and critical habitat. Numerous hours have been spent capturing unique compelling images documenting this vanishing treasure.
Charles markets his images through local and national Art Markets and Fairs. He has shown at Miami’s Coconut Grove Art Festival (2005), Chattanooga’s Four Bridges Art Festival (2006), Covington, Louisiana’s Three Rivers Art Festival, Shreveport Louisiana’s Red River Revel, New Orleans Jazzfest (2007 & 2009) as well as monthly New Orleans art shows. He also conducts photo workshops teaching digital photography and printing as well as leading Photo Tours in Louisiana’s Atachafalaya Basin, Cypress Island Preserve, and Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge.
