INTRODUCTION TO CALLIGRAPHY: Uncial Hand

Description: Calligraphy can be used any where from addressing envelopes to creating works of art. Come learn the techniques behind beautiful writing. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of calligraphy and one alphabet hand. The use of a dip pen and ink will be taught, along with proper spacing and techniques. We will discuss good working practices, correct posture and how to set up your writing desk. Many creative applications will be introduced for your calligraphy in everyday life.
