PMC3 - Beyond the Basics

Description: This intermediate class will focus on honing your skills while learning new ones. Take your basic PMC skills to higher levels as you explore more intermediate & advanced PMC projects such as hollow core beads and dry construction. Learn to make hollow forms, or set cubic zirconium. Learn about patina & finishing techniques to make your pure silver jewelry colorful & sparkle! Materials: basic pmc tool kit; PMC 25 gr. I will have some tools that can be shared during the course as well as the Cubic Zirconium (cz) available.
Student must bring with them:
1 - Their basic metal clay tool kit if they took the intro class with me:
Basic PMC toolkit

Intermediate Tool kit*
Bent Tip Tweezers
Curved burnisher
Clay shaper
Instructor will have available:
1 - Personal tools for students to access & use during the course
2 - Black Max – for patina technique
3 - Kiln to fire the pieces
Level: Intro to PMC class or prior PMC experience.

Materials fee: $60 for 1 pk 25mg PMC3 and 2 cubic zirconium
